Material of Construction
The pollution control systems and equipment are manufactured and supplied in different materials of construction suitable to the type of application and the nature of the gas/liquid to be handled. Various materials which are used are MS/SS/AL//PP/FRP and rubber etc. In special cases equipment are manufactured in Flameproof construction suitable for working under flammable conditions.

Manufacturing & Testing Facilities
We have manufacturing facilities at Mumbai and Thane and it is also being developed at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. All the necessary fabrication and machining along with performance testing facilities are available with qualified and trained manpower. At times, fabrication and assembly of heavy equipment is also carried out at the user's site, so also performance testing as per the relevant standards.

Application Engineering
Our application Engineering Section solves pollution problems from concept to commissioning/performance testing stage. Our team of application engineers study specific pollution problems at sight, on the basis of which pollution control system design is made along with equipment specifications and cost estimation. All this information is submitted to the client in the form of a proposal with necessary schematic drawings. After finalising the contract, detailed engineering drawings are made for client's approval and subsequently the system is executed and also performance tested.

Service after Sales & Spares
Prompt service after sales is provided all the time so also spare parts are supplied as and when requied by the users. For this purpose, we have a team of experienced and well equipped Service Engineers and Mechanics.
